INDUSTRIAL PARK, AIRPORT, AND AVAILABLE SITES
HARRISON COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK The Harrison County Industrial Park is a 500 acre facility located on the western edge of Cadiz, the Harrison County Seat. The Park occupies land which is gently rolling and very developable for industrial and business sites. Full utility services are available. The Park is conveniently adjacent to U.S. Route 22, with interstate grade highway east to Pittsburgh. The Park is located within twenty minutes of Interstate 70 and thirty minutes of Interstate 77. U.S. Route 250 and Ohio Route 9 serve the Park as well. Harrison County Industrial Park was established in the late 1980s, and a project is underway at this time to evaluate the infrastructure capabilities of the Park. Identified needs will be addressed following completion of the study. HARRISON COUNTY AIRPORT Immediately adjacent to the Industrial Park is the Harrison County Airport. The facility has a 4,300 foot runway, hangar facilities, and fueling and service facilities. The Airport infrastructure is being evaluated along with the Industrial Park, and identified needs will be addressed. AVAILABLE SITES Sites are available in the Harrison County Industrial Park.
